The Summer Berry UK and Just Good Work app is a free mobile app for all our employees.

It will be the place you complete your initial arrival information and contains independent information and advice in your own language.

The app will be the first step in your journey to working for The Summer Berry Company. We cannot accept you as an arrival until you have completed the relevant sections on the app.

• You will provide details we need to know about you such as name, DOB and contact details.
• Read through the arrival presentation that provides information about life working and living with the company.
• Sign the important contracts and documents in order to start your employment with us.
• Please be assured that any personal details you provide are secure and for employment purposes only.

Once you have completed this, you can use the app as your personal guide to answer any questions you have during your time at The Summer Berry Company. This includes

• Working Safely.
• Working Successfully.
• Getting Help and other useful information.

You will also have access to the Just Good Work information, which offers advice on how to identify good recruiters, what questions to ask about costs, the documents you will need to prove your right to work and useful checklists to be sure you have all the right information. And clear and simple information on your rights, topics such as pay, working hours and time off, working and living conditions and where to get help or support if you feel you are not being treated fairly.

There are also links to essential services such as medical care, paying tax and the local customs of the country you are in. As well as real stories from other workers like you, telling their experiences of moving to work abroad.
