Refund/cancellation policies applicable in the some conditions only.

In case, the buyer cancels the order online within 2 hrs. Of order placed entire amount will be refunded except the bank charges.

IF A buyer cancel order after two hours or just before the shipment of the product, the 2% of total order value + shipment charges + Handling charges will be deducted and remaining amount will be refunded.

Customer is solely responsible for paying extra shipping cost if any paid as per the discussion.
Your shipment will contain the documents :-
Copy of order invoice (original can be downloaded from the site directly after log in to your account).
Copy of delivery note (quantities need to be checked at the time of delivery, if any discrepancy found, information need to provide timely on customer care number).
User manual if any provided by manufacturer.
Installation manual, if any provided by manufacturer.
Warranty card, if any provided by manufacturer.
INFRADEALZ holds the rights to withhold / cancel any order without giving any reason.
Order once processed and shipment done cannot be cancelled or refund.
Delivery schedule can be checked online or at customer care.
