Master Lock eLOTO is an easy-to-use software solution for writing and managing visual lockout tagout procedures for machines and other types of equipment. The app includes modules for writing lockout procedures, doing periodic inspections and checklist features for applying lockout at plants and facilities. The interface and process are designed by safety experts making writing and managing procedures efficient and accurate.
Special features of eLOTO include: working off line with no WIFI, talk to text dictation, modifiable Word document or PDF output, multiple templates for lockout procedures, task procedures, alternative procedures and common procedures, multiple language applications, customized templates and value lists for each organization, image capture of equipment, machines and energy devices, copy and paste functionality for procedures or steps, decision tree process with drop down menus for easy use and consistent results, and mobile app and web applications for completing tasks.

eLOTO mobile app allows the user to create and edit lockout procedures, perform periodic inspections, use check lists for locks on / off, and track performance of completed procedures by user.
eLOTO web application allows the user to print and edit lockout procedures, create and edit lockout procedures, approve procedures or mark for corrections, track and manage items that need resolving, create reports and view logs for procedures, inspections and checklists, track progress of individual users, receive email notifications, and export all data and information to Excel.
