DIGITALISED CREW LISTS
We have digitalised crew lists allowing them to be accessed by Captains on mobile phones and tablets. Once a crew member has created an account and is provided with a unique ID number, they can share their number to be added to the list. Captains will be able to see exactly who is working on the vessel, crew members' vessel position, and if they are onboard, off-board or on leave.

IN AND OUT BOARDS
Our in and out boards allow crew members to clock in and out on the CrewPass app, automatically updating the crew list. Crew members can tap their phones on our smart beacons or manually set their status whenever they enter or leave the vessel.

DIGITALISED WATCH ROTAS
Our digitalised watch rota feature allows crew members to access up to date watch rotas on their mobile devices no matter where they are. The watch rotas will show who is on watch and what vessel department they are assigned to. If a Captain has placed a crew member on watch, that crew member will be notified, keeping them in the loop!

FULLY ENCRYPTED INTER-CREW CHATS
CrewPass' vessel chat feature allows verified crew members working within the same vessel to communicate. Our chat feature offers both a private chat function and a group chat function that is fully encrypted for your security!

VAULT OF INFORMATION
Our innovative app files all your yacht related documents and information like a vault that can easily be shared with vessels and employers. Store your training certificates, visa history, vaccination information and other essential documents on our app all in one safe place. Ready to be viewed by your employer upon request.

SEA TIME & REST HOURS
Keep track of your sea time and rest hours on the app. Input the times you are at port and when you are on a break/off duty, automatically calculating your sea time and rest hours. This information can then be sent off to your Captain for approval.

If you wish to have a verified profile and become CrewPass Approved, you can upgrade your account on our website and sign-up for CrewPass' monthly/annual subscription. Included in this 2-year subscription are a comprehensive criminal record check and ID verification.
