You can subscribe and pay through your Google Play account. Your annual subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period (the Lifetime membership does not auto-renew). Auto-renew can be turned off anytime by going to your Account Settings in Google Play after purchase.
