A few words about the application
The mobiWAWA application is a free mobile application that provides city digital services and cards that entitle users to use discounts and travel by means of Warsaw public transport, including trams, buses and metro. It also facilitates the identification of cards - just generate the QR code and present it during the ticket inspection or at the facility offering a discount under the Karta Warszawiaka program.
The application supports the Varsovian Card, Student Card and selected long-term tickets applicable in the transport tariff. This is one of the digital services of the MojaWARSZAWA portal, which is available at https://moja.warszawa19115.pl/
The owner and administrator of the application is the City of Warsaw Of Warsaw. The organizational unit that designed the application is responsible for its development and proper operation is the City Digitization Office.

Tickets for Warsaw Public Transport
The mobiWAWA application offers long-term tickets for public transport in the capital city of In Warsaw. The purchase of a ticket is possible after registering a user account in the application and logging in to it, and then filling in your user profile, including attaching a photo, providing a contact telephone number and selecting a ticket from the current offer.

The ticket purchased by the application can be managed - it can be activated or deactivated, suspended or unsuspended, and also renewed, i.e. the same ticket can be purchased again.

Tickets are purchased electronically, via the mobiWAWA application and the online payment operator. Payments available in the application are fast, convenient and, most importantly, safe.

Showing tickets during the inspection

However, buying tickets is not everything! The mobiWAWA application also allows you to show them for inspection. On the active ticket, the user will find the "Ticket control" button, which displays his name and surname, current photo, ticket type, expiry date and QR code. This data screen turns to ticket controllers.

Catalog of offers for holders of the Warszawiaka Card

Varsovians and Varsovians can use the offers of external entities that cooperate with the city under the "Karta Warszawiaka" program. Thanks to the mobile application, they can see the details of a given offer, such as a discount on a service in the capital, add it to their "favorite offers" and always have it at hand.
All offers can be found in the offer catalog dedicated to Warsaw residents. You can use them by sharing a QR code - just select a discount or service, generate its QR code and show it to the company or organization.
Digital Student Card for students of Warsaw primary schools and Warsaw residents attending primary schools near Warsaw

Thanks to the mobiWAWA application, students can show their entitlement to free travel in the area of ​​the 1st and 2nd ticket zones of Warsaw public transport. This is possible thanks to an account with a digital student card - it is dedicated to those who already have their Student Card.

Both students of Warsaw schools and students living in Warsaw commuting to schools outside of Warsaw are entitled to free travel on the basis of the Student Card.

Opening gates to the subway

The mobiWAWA application allows its users to open gates to the metro - if they have an active long-term ticket.

"Entrance to the metro" is a QR code that opens the gates to the Warsaw metro.
