SMARTPHONE APP

The smartphone application has two parts:
The Click & Take off web platform (note this APP accesses the development server)
Flight Track Recorder

USEFUL INFORMATION:
Access to Click & Take off (development server)
To log in to the platform, please use the credentials provided by one of our collaborators.

Using the Flight Track Recorder:
The information needed to connect your phone to our server are the device identifier (IMEI in the list of devices in your personal account on the Click & Take off platform) and the email entered at Click & Take off (in testing phase).
You can then choose between two modes:
Automatic mode: the smartphone application runs in the background and records your GPS position every 10 minutes. If you are near an airfield, it will go into active standby mode (one GPS reading every 10 seconds). Currently, position data is not transmitted. If you enter a track, the frequency changes to a faster GPS reading (every second during takeoff or landing, every 5 seconds in flight) and the track is transmitted to our server. Track recording stops when you have landed and/or left the runway of an airfield.
Manual mode: the tracker is activated by the user and immediately starts recording the track. The plotter must be stopped manually. A notification reminds you that the tracker is on.
Please allow the app to use your GPS location. Favor the "always allow" option, otherwise you will have to leave the application active on your smartphone.

WHAT AND HOW TO TEST:

To test access to Click & Take off, do not hesitate to test the visual rendering of the platform on your smartphone and let us know if you encounter any problems or if you have any suggestions for improvement.

For the Flight Track Recorder, do not hesitate to test the different modes, especially the automatic mode, by activating it before arriving at the aerodrome, or by leaving it always activated.
