WookAI automatically retrieves the order guides that you have set up with your various suppliers and monitors any price changes to these order guides. Simply sign up and choose your food vendor from the WookAI list of approved suppliers. Enter your business username and password for each of your supplier's online ordering sites and tell WookAI's scheduler, which days of the week, and at what times of day you would like your business's prices updated.

WookAI will import your scheduled price update from each supplier and then report any products on your supplier's order guides that have changed price since the previous price update.

Enter your supplier sales representative's email address and mobile telephone number and WookAI will report any price changes to your sales reps as well so that the reps know that you are monitoring every price change.

If your supplier is not available from our list, you may contact us and we would be happy to set your supplier up in our system. You will need to provide us with your username and password for the supplier's online ordering site and we will quickly adapt WookAI to your supplier's system. (We can set up any online supply source for price retrieval including non-food related vendors).

The WookAI mobile application serves the additional purpose of providing a stable, no internet signal required, platform for entering your supplier orders into the online-based WookAI Price Ecosystem Software. WookAI compares the prices from your supplier order guides and lets you know which supplier has the best, real-time price, for every product that you are ordering. WookAI then sends the supply orders to each of your suppliers for you, saving you thousands of dollars in direct food costs and labor time required to order supplies.

WookAI Item List Builder provides an easy way for a business to build a supply list within the WookAI Price Ecosystem online browser-based software. Add item names, descriptions, and pictures by walking through the facility and building an on-the-fly supply list. Match the items in your supply list to the items in your supplier order guides in your online account and WookAI will tell you who has your best price on every product, every time you place a supply order.
