To book a service, nothing could be simpler!
1. Create your personal space and create your animal's profile: its general information but also information on its temperament, preferences and specific needs.

2. Once your profile is completed, select the service of your choice, tell us your dates and specific details, and presto, our concierges will do everything they can to find the perfect pamper!

3. In less than 48 hours you will receive the list of pamperers selected by our concierges and all you have to do is choose the one who will have the chance to pamper your pet!

4. For maximum proximity and responsiveness, we create a Whatsapp conversation between you, the pamper and our concierges which allow you to receive regular news from your ball of fur and to be able to make a request without having to go through a third party.
