Solectricity for PC

'Solectricity' is a smartphone application for designing Solar-Home-System (SHS). The number of solar panels and batteries and the size of the charge controller and inverter can be easily calculated by this app. A schematic design for a solar-powered house system is also included in this program. It also includes detailed instructions for assembling components purchased from the local market.
It primarily demonstrates four methods for calculating the design of the SHS based on load, land, cost, and capacity. This app provides many tools, such as a compass, leveler, and protractor, to ensure proper direction and planer position when installing the solar panel.
This program offers 24 unique Solar-home-system schematic designs. The app allows the consumer to obtain the correct schematic design for the SHS and view the connections between various components, i.e., the solar panel, charge controller, battery, and inverter.
The Bangladesh Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (BCSIR) has developed this Android app. Users can quickly and efficiently perform complex calculations for Solar-Home-System design. Users may also check the authenticity of the calculation obtained from other sources.
The primary goal of this app is to provide users with an optimum design of SHS, balancing both budget and local market availability. The General people are the intended audience of 'Solectricity', which provides a user-friendly version of the intricate calculation of SHS.
