Document Creation Steps
1️⃣ Choose
Select the desired document template from the list, such as consent forms, contracts, IOUs, etc.
2️⃣ Input
Fill in the required fields according to the content and create the document. You can also directly edit the text.
3️⃣ Sign yourself
By entering a pre-set 4-digit approval number, you can complete your signature.
4️⃣ Share the document
Share the created document by having it scanned from the pinpact app using a QR code, or directly present your smartphone screen.
5️⃣ The other party signs
The other party completes their signature by signing from the pinpact app with a 4-digit approval number or signing in-person on the spot. And with that, the document is complete!

* Non-editable
You cannot rewrite the document. (However, setting the document to a discarded state is possible)
