THE VOTE-COUNT REPORTS, WHICH ARE THE OPEN SOURCES OF INFORMATION, ARE PREPARED AND DISCLOSED TO THE PUBLIC BY THE VOTE-COUNTING COMMITTEES THAT ARE COMPRISED OF PARTY REPRESENTATIVES WHO ARE CIVIL AND NOT REPRESENTING THE GOVERNMENT.
