Logistics by Rdtronic, is a solution that specifically responds to distribution and delivery service companies.
This order management application is designed for use with the web logistics application via Armada 5.

With Logistics by Rdtronic, mobile version, your smartphone becomes the meeting point between the office and the field.

Getting started is simple from the web interface: create a driver, by assigning a phone number. Assign the driver to a unit and authorize it in the Logistics by Rdtronic application using the mobile phone number.
From there, you can automate order management, with some advanced functions:

- See the list of orders and detailed information on each;
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of the delivery;
- Observe the orders and estimated routes on the map;
- Receive push notifications on relevant events regarding orders, routes, and the delivery process;
- Make a detailed route to an order using external navigation applications;
- Assign status to each order (confirmed / rejected), add comments and photos;
- Discuss with operators to inform them of all the circumstances which envisage delivery;
- Confirm the delivery with the possibility of attaching a photo with the client's signature (with data on the client's name, the delivery time and the date indicated on a photo);
- Take advantage of the optimized tablet interface to simultaneously display the commands in the tables and on the map;
- Ability to use your smartphone as a tracker.
