Knowio by Inniovate is an app that replaces keys for the outdoor world. It controls smart padlocks, keyboxes and controllers for electric gates, meaning that regardless of which type of gate you have, Knowio means your company will no longer have to deal with painful key and GSM/Fob management.

Now not only does your company not have to cut keys or replace fobs, and not know when properties got entered or by who, but with Knowio it will have complete visibility and transparency of who has done what, and complete control who can access your property. Unlike a keypad or keys, where no one knows who has the code or a copy of the key, in this case new users can be added, and existing users deleted, with a single quick action within the app. On top of all that, our battery operated IOT Anywhere Sensors mean that you will always know the status of your gate too, so never again will a gate be unknowingly left open.
