Our automated "Howya doing?" check-in pops up on the phone screen twice a day reminding you to track how you feel, why you feel that way, and what could be done to boost your
(work)life wellbeing and satisfaction.

UNDERSTAND
Our automatic weekly and monthly reports help you, your team leaders and HR understand team wellbeing and engagement through visual and simple charts that show how people are doing, what has impacted them and what has changed over the days and weeks.
ACT
Howya reports, insights and action prompts help you and all the teams to act on improving workplace wellbeing, satisfaction and all the things that really matter for your people.
Getting started:

Using Howya requires an email invitation from your team leader. Follow these steps to get started.

1. Register
Once your team leader has invited you to use Howya, you will receive clear instructions by email.

2. Sign in
Sign in to the service with your personal username and password.

3. Start using Howya
Go to settings and choose the days and the time of the day when you’d like to receive reflecting notifications. Remember also to change your password!

Howya app is currently in its alpha version and it is soon available for pilot teams. If you are not sure if the app is available to you, you can ask your team leader or contact Howya support (support@howya.fi).
