Delver is a hobby project. The goal is to create a scanner and collection manager that integrates well with many third-party websites and apps in the trading card game community.

Delver was started in 2016 by Cassio Santos, a Brazilian software developer with a master's in Artificial Intelligence and over ten years of experience.
