Management of objects and facilities

Management Plus is your management and administration of all your facilities and outdoor objects, from lawns and toilets to jetties and playground equipment. Add contracts and inspection reports to objects and facilities, generate statistics and send maintenance requests. Reports can easily be generated based on inspections and inspections carried out. Notifications can be set according to your own wishes for, for example, periodic maintenance or the expiration of user rights contracts.

Efficient administration and more

Beheer Plus offers a clear and detailed database of all used objects and facilities. Selections are possible per object and object type or based on, for example, selected terrains or areas. By adding documents such as manuals, inspection marks or inspection reports, this information is also easily available. A reporting function for periodic maintenance and periodic inspections contributes to efficient management. Notifications for the expiration of user rights and contracts ensure timely response before a period expires.

Ideal intermediary

Management Plus offers a real-time overview of the status of your objects and facilities. At a glance it is clear when which work or inspections of an object have been carried out and which actions are still outstanding for an object or a group of objects. All detailed information, inspection features and guidelines and special specifications can be obtained on site and maintenance can be carried out in accordance with these requirements. Paper administration on the road is no longer necessary. Notifications of actions can be immediately viewed by both internal and external staff. Beheer Plus is therefore the ideal intermediary between you and the maintenance service.


The app asks permission for your location so that you are visible on the map. To enrich notifications with photos, the app also asks permission to your camera and photo library.

Management plus is part of the Folkersma management package C-TIP. You can use your C-TIP account to log in. If you do not have a C-TIP account, you can tap "Log in with demo account" on the home screen. This way you can gain insight into the possibilities that Beheer plus offers.
