We collect the items you no longer use from your home free of charge, and give them a second life through our network of sustainable partners in reuse and recycling.

We pick up textiles, electronics, books and toys. Depending on our local partners, we also offer additional options in some areas.

🧸 𝘾𝙤𝙡𝙡𝙚𝙘𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙞𝙩𝙚𝙢𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙬𝙖𝙣𝙩 𝙩𝙤 𝙜𝙚𝙩 𝙧𝙞𝙙 𝙤𝙛 - Books, electronics, toys, textiles and more - with a maximum size of 40 x 40 x 40 cm.
📦 𝙋𝙪𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙢 𝙞𝙣 𝙖 𝙗𝙤𝙭 𝙤𝙧 𝙗𝙖𝙜 - Put each category in a separate box or bag and label them with our printable stickers or pen and paper.
📲 𝙈𝙖𝙠𝙚 𝙖𝙣 𝙖𝙥𝙥𝙤𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙞𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙖𝙥𝙥 - Choose the most convenient date and time in our mobile- or web app and relax. We'll take care of the rest!

𝐏𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐞: Where you have to leave the items on the day of the collection depends on your municipality. Please review the instructions for your place of residence on www.byewaste.nl to make sure the pick-up goes well.

​​ • 𝘈𝘯𝘪𝘵𝘢 (58): I like that I don't have to bring away the items myself anymore. In addition, I found the service very easy to use.
• 𝘙𝘰𝘣 (62): Normally I bring my old items to the landfill or to a thrift store, but this is of course much easier. I also like that the items end up in the right place.
• 𝘞𝘢𝘯𝘥𝘢 (44): The service is very easy and fast. It’s a godsend!
