After having already activated the extra-scheduled collection of paper and cardboard in the historic center of Florence, new OnDemand services are available for the Municipalities of Scandicci and Campi Bisenzio: bulky materials, hazardous waste and small household appliances, used clothes and textiles.

How to access:
If you are already registered in the customer area on the website www.aliaserviziambientali.it, use the same credentials to access the app.
If you are not yet registered in the customer area, you can do so directly from the app or from the site. If you are a Tari user, keep the user code that you find on the second page of your bill handy: you will need it for registration.
