Capital Rush - Trading Game for PC

Capital Rush is a dynamic investment strategy game that merges financial education with engaging gameplay. Players can choose between Single Player and Multiplayer modes to build and grow their virtual investment portfolios. With different journey lengths and the option to win real money in contests, Capital Rush offers diverse experiences to both casual and strategic players.

Objective:
Grow your virtual portfolio value by making strategic investment decisions and adapting to market challenges.

Game Setup:
Each player starts with 100,000 Capital Dollars
The game spans 1 to 5 simulated years, with each year divided into 4 quarters.
Each quarter spans across 13 weeks as denoted by tiles on the board.
The tiles are of 2 types- Green tile denoting a positive return for the week and Red tile denoting a negative return for the week.

Turns and Timing:
Players move across weeks using the dice
The number that ends up on the dice is equal to the number of tiles the player or group of players will move across during the year
For single player and multiplayer; the player and bot (single player) and all players (multiplayer) will end up on the same till decided by the dice.

Investment Strategies:
Research and choose from a variety of asset classes
Make informed decisions based on changing market conditions, economic events, and corporate finance projects.

Investment Rounds:
In each quarter, players can invest in different asset classes: Equity, Savings/FD, Bonds, Commodities, ETFs, and Venture Capital.
Each asset class has its own risk and return profile.
Players can allocate their Capital Dollars to purchase assets.

In the game, we introduce real-life "events" that help players allocate resources and navigate market opportunities strategically. These events affect asset profitability, tile movement, and can also influence asset values.

Navigating Surprise Events: Decisive Choices in an Unpredictable Market

During Surprise Events, players encounter tough situations and have 30 seconds to adjust their portfolios based on the event. These events demand quick decisions, simulating the rapid pace of the financial world.

Inflation's Impact: Asset Valuations Adjusting to Economic Realities Annually
The game acknowledges inflation's widespread impact by integrating its effects on asset values annually. This reflects real-life situations where inflation can affect asset worth. Players gain experience in adjusting their portfolios to address this economic factor.

Exploring Corporate Finance Projects: Investing in Ventures for Potential Gains

The Corporate Finance project lets players invest in different projects, simulating real-world investment decisions. Strategic choices can yield favorable outcomes as players see investment costs, future cash flows, and recovery range.

Players are ranked based on net worth and performance.
Compete with others globally, weekly (resets weekly).
