SPINE is your free social community that focuses on holistic, spiritual and mind-expanding topics, quick help with health issues, but also education on these topics, while fostering the formation of acommunity with like-minded people.
Here you will find all the answers to mental and physical health, endless inspiration to give your life a new meaning, but above all a community that helps and inspires each other. Like-minded people walk this path with you and share their impressions, experiences, fears, but also successes on this
special journey - to find yourself.

Different tools will give you the opportunity to do this:
- In your search for like-minded people, you can easily upload your content and experiences and share them with the community. This can be videos, pictures, questions or even voice memos. We do not place any value on external filters, but would like to accompany you on your path to inner
wholeness.
- Under Podcast you will find podcasts from our members who want to accompany you on your journey to yourself.
- Find events in your area or while traveling, that can expand your consciousness
- Set up your own events on these topics and find participants worldwide.
- The user can choose between:
- Local events that last 24 hours
- As well as retreats, if such a training course lasts longer than one day
- And online events, when one or more workshops take place online.
