Popolo does not represent any government entity or political party.

Popolo is an APP, web APP and citizen participation website.

The information contained or participation by citizens has no governmental value, it only has a statistical function.

The information contained in the APP is extracted from the official media of the different municipalities (websites or municipal media), or is provided by the members of the municipal plenary session. In the case of the test municipality “Coín (Málaga)” the information has been extracted from the official websites: https://coin.es/ and https://canalcoin.com/.

The information on the municipal plenary sessions is provided by the members of the municipal plenary session themselves.

Popolo is not responsible for the evaluations that users of the application may make.

Survey proposals by users within Popolo are supervised by the administrator to verify that they are formulated with ethics and respect.

The time has come for you to actively participate in the democracy of your municipality, Popolo has arrived to make it very simple, fun and at your fingertips with a simple click. The results will be shared on social networks so that the entire municipality knows the results and is encouraged to participate.

The main functions of Popolo are the following:

- Rate the political parties represented in your town hall from 1 to 10.
- You can download your electoral program for that legislature.
- You will be able to consult the rating ranking of political parties.
- This ranking will be published monthly on social networks.
- Rate the members of each political party from 1 to 10.
- You will be able to consult the CV of all the members of the political parties.
- You will be able to consult the rating ranking of the members of the political parties.
- This ranking will be published monthly on social networks.
- Vote for or against the points that go to each plenary session.
- Before the celebration of the plenary sessions every month you will be able to vote on the points that will later go to the plenary session.
- When the plenary session is held, the result of the plenary session will be published on networks in comparison with the citizens' assessment through the APP.
- Propose or participate in public surveys of 3 types: for or against, rate from 1 to 10, choose between several options. These surveys will have a closing date.
- You will be able to propose your surveys.
- You will be able to participate in surveys proposed by other users.
- At the end of the survey, the result will be published on social networks.
This APP has 2 ways to access:
- As a user. The functionality for this type of user has been described above.
- As a political party. The APP has an area for political parties:
- You will be able to upload the party logo.
- Put a title and a description.
- Add your electoral program in a template that allows us to compare between all programs.
- Add the members of the party, with their photo, role and description of functions within the party. In addition, your CV will be incorporated into a template that allows us to compare CVs.
