+ WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE Storage access is required to write all the files you download to your phone storage.
+ FOREGROUND_SERVICE This permission is required to run Pictosave Downloading operation in the foreground, supplying the ongoing notification to be shown to the user while in this state. For example while downloading files.
