folsom feelings for PC

folsom is the home for feelings. a tool for identifying and reflecting your feelings and an intimate community with whom to share them. it’s a safe place to be vulnerable and authentic with your closest friends and family, deepening both relationships and your understanding of self. here’s what that looks like:

- record your feelings whenever you like - once a day, multiple times a day, or just a couple times a week

- if you’re having trouble identifying how you are feeling, write a sentence or two and then let AI expand your feelings vocabulary

- reflect your feelings by uploading a photo of your own or leverage AI to create a unique image, aptly representing your complex, nuanced emotions

- acknowledge your feeling privately (this is really healthy too!) or share your feeling with some or all of your confidants!

- interact with your friends’ feelings; folsom is a kind and supportive community

- send compliments to friends, nurturing your relationships on a page

- check-in with friends, letting them know that you’re thinking about them and nudging them to share their feelings

- whether you consider yourself highly emotive and introspective or perhaps more guarded and restrained, your feelings matter. you belong on folsom
