Street Dance Korea was created to compensate for these limitations and promote more active information exchange about domestic street dance culture.


The characteristics of Street Dance Korea are as follows.


1. It was created as both a website and a responsive mobile app.

Before Street Dance Korea, we created and distributed a similar app and it was quite successful. However, I learned that it is only exposed to professional dancers or enthusiasts, and that there are many difficulties and a wall of information before new people come to the app to get information about street dance events. The first thing I created to complement this point was a website. The website has the advantage that people interested in street dance culture can easily search and access it. However, we also learned that accessing the website is not an easy method for mobile users, so we created a responsive mobile app and made it available for download. Street Dance Korea's characteristic is that it has both a website and an app.



2. Planners can directly register and edit

On the Street Dance Korea website, anyone planning an event can register and post their event. Additionally, if there are any changes, you can edit them at any time. In the case of apps that appeared previously, there was no self-registration system, so when a situation arose where a registration inquiry or existing content had to be modified, a confirmation process was required to be finally registered. By eliminating this process, the time was shortened. .



3. You can create and manage your own profile

Only those who have registered as members can enter and edit their profile in real time. When registering an event, planners can view the profiles of judges, MCs, and DJs they have invited and expose them to the event content if they are registered.



4. You can reveal your intention to participate in a specific event with the I'M IN button.

The I'M IN function is a function that allows you to find out what other people are curious about when applying to participate in a street dance event. It is a similar function to like on SNS. If you press the I'M IN button when there is an event you are interested in, other people will be able to confirm your intention to participate, and you will also be able to check other people's participation.



5. You can see which events people check out the most

If you set the sorting of Streen Dance Korea's events that can be checked by month to "popularity," the events will be sorted by the events with the most views. You can gauge in real time what kind of response the event you registered is receiving from people and which event is receiving the most attention this month.



6. You can check the awards from past events.

This feature is not currently in active operation, but will be in operation in the future. After the event is over, we have designed it to display the details of the winners so that the results of the past event can be looked back and recorded in order to make up for the forgetfulness of the lack of official records.



7. Special promotions are available for your event.

If you want to expose your event a little more, after consulting with Street Dance Korea management, you can set it to open a new window or display it fixedly at the top of the post. We also provide a “push notification” function that is sent to all users who have installed the app. The "Push Notification" function allows you to clearly promote your event to a clear target audience (professional dancers or enthusiasts who are interested in street dance events and have installed the app), and how many people have been exposed to it that cannot be confirmed through Facebook alone. , it is also possible to check marketing feedback on when exposure is most effective.
