Advanced Tic Tac Toe for PC

Advanced Tic Tac Toe (sometimes referred to as Ultimate Tic Tac Toe) is a variation of the classic game of Tic Tac Toe that introduces additional layers of complexity and strategy. It is played on a larger board consisting of nine smaller Tic Tac Toe boards, arranged in a 3x3 grid.

The objective of Advanced Tic Tac Toe is the same as the traditional version: to get three of your symbols (either X or O) in a row, either horizontally, vertically, or diagonally. However, instead of playing in any cell on the larger board, players must consider their moves strategically within the smaller Tic Tac Toe boards.

The game starts with an empty larger board. The first player can choose any cell within any of the smaller boards to place their symbol. Once a player has made their move, the corresponding cell in the smaller board is marked with their symbol, and it becomes the next board that the other player must play in.

The catch is that the move a player makes within a smaller board determines which board the opponent will play in next. For example, if the first player places their symbol in the top-right cell of a smaller board, the next move for the second player must be made in the top-right board of the larger board.

If a player wins a smaller board, they claim it by placing their symbol in the corresponding cell on the larger board. The goal is to win three smaller boards in a row on the larger board, just like in regular Tic Tac Toe. If a player is forced to play in a smaller board that has already been won or has no available moves left, they can choose any board to play in next.

The game continues until one player wins three smaller boards in a row or all the smaller boards are filled without a winner, resulting in a draw.

Advanced Tic Tac Toe requires players to think strategically not only about the moves they make within a smaller board but also about the larger board's state and the potential future moves they force their opponent to make. It adds an extra layer of complexity and depth to the traditional game, making it an intriguing and challenging variant for players of all skill levels.
