Maintenance planner for PC

This tool allows planning the maintenance program from what to do, how to do it and when to do it. In other words, it allows establishing which maintenance tasks need to be executed, how they must be executed, and when it is pertinent to execute them.
It has several levels or hierarchies of users, from the administrative part, supervision, technicians and client, who have access to tasks or views according to their needs.
The App allows:

• Issue work orders that incorporate this information, offering the greatest clarity and relevant data to the technical team in the field so that they can carry out their work.
• Having the option of diagnosing non-automated or low-priority equipment through a work order, or resorting to solutions that include IoT when it comes to diagnosing automated equipment.
• Automate work orders that allow assigning managers and adding precise indications about procedures, guarantees, tools, parts, materials, among others for the execution of the work.
• Incorporate safety protocols into work orders, helping the maintenance planner provide technicians with all relevant safety information and procedures, in addition to ensuring compliance and review of the work through the application.
• Task scheduling, allowing the maintenance planner to anticipate and make the necessary resources available to the team, considering the objectives set and the committed delivery times.
• Preparation of reports in real time, which allow reporting of the work and presenting to management the information related to the entire process contained in a work order, constituting a contribution to the company's decision-making.
• Create all kinds of automatic notifications that alert the work team about the occurrence of failures in real time and critical dates, such as the execution of tasks, expiration of guarantees or routine inspections.
• Visualization of key KPI's that allow both management and the maintenance planner to measure the performance of the entire operation, through data and statistics of all critical aspects related to maintenance.
