The mobile Production App by Infinity Home Services is a user-friendly mobile application that minimizes work planning overhead and boosts the efficiency of your subcontractors and labor teams at the job site. Integrating your main office with your field teams, it offers the most streamlined method to coordinate tasks, communicate with labor forces, and ensure they're equipped with all they need to execute their jobs correctly.
How it Works:
The Production App lets roofing businesses share data with their subcontractors and crews in a manageable manner.
Labor Orders in Infinity Home Services are relayed to the app, presenting them intuitively, and granting access to crucial details like the job location, planned starting dates/times, labor orders, and punch lists.
App users can mark their arrival and departure from the job location, upload project progress, final and problem photos, finish punch lists, and get notified of important events happening at the job.



Production App Features:
Notifications: Stay informed with real-time notifications. Receive relevant updates about project progress, interactions from other users, and any other relevant activities, keeping you connected and informed about the latest developments.
Labor Order Details, Documents, Photos, Messages, and Checklists All the tools your crew(s) require for their tasks are available via the app:
Site address with a shortcut to your device's mapping software
Quick-access contact details with click-to-call functionality
Comprehensive labor files with specifics and instructions
Availability of documents related to the labor order, like materials lists, work permits, and assessment records
Access to shared images, with the option to capture new progress and finished work images directly back to the Infinity Home Services storage.
Assigned Punch lists can be ticked off in-app as the job progresses, providing overseers with real-time updates and ensuring all activities are monitored without being present at the site.
Manage Crews: Those with Subcontractor rights can create and oversee their teams using the mobile Production App, viewing labor files for ALL supervised crews. Subcontractors can manage their teams and assign them projects.
Project Visualization: The application provides a clear and detailed view of projects located near the user and those they are involved in. This feature ensures that users can closely monitor the progress and execution of each project.
