FACI Mutation is a free application available on Apple (iPad, iPhone) and Android (smartphones, tablets). This application is intended for the armed forces. FACI Mutation allows a simple, fast and secure transition of 8 to 10 digit numbers in Ivory Coast. FACI Mutation does not require the use of an internet connection (WiFi, 3G, 4G, 5G). Go from 8 to 10 digits in a convenient, fast, easy, and reliable way.
