The starting point for this application was given to me by a naturopath, to “harmonize the central current”. You have to put your right hand on the top of the head, and keep it until the last point. Place the left hand on the following points, wait between 30 seconds and 3 minutes, as desired, between each point. Can be done while lying, standing or sitting.

1. between the eyebrows
2. on the tip of the nose
3. on the V of the throat
4. on the top of the sternum
5. on the lower sternum
6. on the navel
7. on the pubis
8. on the coccyx (with the right hand)


Example: After setting its parameters, we wait 5 seconds, then a beep every 30 seconds, 8 times, accompanied by a pleasant sound environment.
You can choose the initial space of time (from 1 to 999 seconds), the time interval (from 1 to 999 seconds), the number of repetitions (max 99), the sound of the beep (ding, pop, piano etc. ..), and its volume (0 to 100%), the type of sound environment (rain, beach, river etc..), and its volume (0 to 100%).
