The "Fire Facility Self-Inspection Management" app consists of a main form and a sub-form, "Fire Facility Defects Registration" form and "Fire Facility Defects Inquiry" form, and the procedure for using the app is as follows.

1. Run the app and select the “Fire Facility Defect Registration” form among the subforms in the “Fire Facility Self-Inspection Management” main form.

2. Enter the necessary data in the various data input fields on the “Registration of Defective Firefighting Facility” form.

3. When a facility name is selected in the data input field, it is implemented in conjunction with each other so that the corresponding item can be selected in the following order.
Facility name -> Mechanism -> Inspection item -> Inspection number -> Relevant basis
The “X” mark on the right of the defective item box in the data input field means that all defective items are deleted.

4. The photo item allows the smartphone to be taken horizontally. You can always view the photo on the form, but you cannot download and use the photo externally. However, as long as the server is used, the photos are stored separately on the server, so they can be used outside the app.
Also, the two photo entries are for recording one detail photo and one foreground photo.
5. After completing the “Registration of defects in firefighting facilities” form, click “Save” among the function buttons at the bottom to save the page, and at the same time, the screen is captured and saved in the album. Also, you will be moved to the next page, so you can enter and edit the necessary data.
If you proceed to this point, the “Registration of Defective Firefighting Facility” form is completed.

6. Next, in the “Firefighting Facility Defects Inquiry” form, you can check the stored contents of the page by clicking the page in the search box and then clicking the function button “View Detail Form”.

7. All data stored in the search window of the “Firefighting Facility Defects Inquiry” form are saved in the smartphone download folder as an “Excel.CSV” file when you click the function button “Output”.

8. If you download it on a PC after sending it using KakaoTalk, etc., you can save it in the form of defects prepared in programs such as Excel and Hangul.

9. Here, the work up to No. 7 is the work that can be done at the site of the inspection target. After returning to the headquarters, apply it to the prepared form for about 10 minutes, and you can print out the final "Firefighting Facility Defects". Employees then go into follow-up work.
10. However, in the past, after inspection, return to the headquarters and work on the PC for about an hour using Excel or Korean programs to report “defective matters on firefighting facilities”. It's a structure that has no choice but to work overtime.

11. Among the advantages of this app are:
- When each page is saved, defects and photos are captured and configured on the screen, so a third party can easily understand the defects. For example, it is easy to check the person in charge of the inspection target and discuss work with the fire safety management team and the construction team.
