“Rolling Karmashil Bidesh” is launched as a part of Rolling Nexus. The word “karmashil” refers to workforces who depend on skills and labor. It is a platform with an objective of providing credible information related to foreign employment, handling complains for safer migration while they are living abroad, to provide relevant news and also for information on and management of returnee migrants.

This apps aim to provide information about all foreign employment opportunities approved by the Department of Foreign Employment, Government of Nepal. It also helps to find reliable, trustworthy manpower companies to go to the country of choice and the preferred employer and to arrange notification service regarding the cost with complete information of companies like Medical Center, Orientation Center, Insurance Services and Visa Center. One can also check the authenticity of employment published by the manpower company by LT number and authenticity of the final approval. Also all news and information related to foreign employment be published regularly.

It includes a complaint management system for migrants residing abroad or in the process while applying to foreign employment. It also helps the returnee migrants with employment opportunities according to the skills they have learned abroad, with financial aid in collaboration with various institutions, or with the relevant banking institution to provide loans to motivate business and entrepreneurship in the country.

In addition to this, there is a program in this app to help in financial literacy & management for the good use of the money earned while going abroad.
