AURES for PC

AURES is the software for remote assistance for service, maintenance and production that uses Augmented Reality for smartphones and smart glasses
The main advantages of AURES are the elimination of on-site maintenance interventions, simultaneous multilingual translation, viewing of training tutorials in Augmented Reality or mp4, the sharing of information acquired in "run time".
All features are also available "hands free" through the use of smartglasses.
Specifically, AURES allows you to:
1. carry out remote assistance and video calls with specialized personnel;
2. talk to foreign operators thanks to simultaneous multilingual translation (only on Android 10, alpha version);
3. view operating procedures in Augmented Reality (or mp4) reducing human error during maintenance and / or assembly;
4. view production data and documentation;
5. share information in "run time" with remote personnel;
6. record audio and automatically transform them into text documents;
7. record videos and take photos;
8. centralize user manuals and documentation

Among the many benefits that can be obtained with AURES, the main ones are the increase in the efficiency of the operators, the ability to preserve and share company know-how and the increase in worker safety.
The AURES App is distributed together with the AURES web platform.
Once the AURES app has been downloaded, it is possible to ask for access credentials through the app itself.
