The Dynamic Island is a small rounded black area on the display that's smaller than the notch, taking up less space than before. In use, it can elongate in either direction, and it can expand to take up the entire width of the display if needed. The Dynamic Island is able to display both active and background tasks. When you unlock your ‌ Phone ‌, for example, you'll see the unlock icon in the Dynamic Island, or when you connect AirPod, you can see the connection status, battery charging percent, apps notification. As the same on iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max, you can check alerts and current activity in progress—such as music that’s playing, your timer, Bluetooth connection, and directions from Maps in the Dynamic Island on the Home Screen or in any app. The Dynamic Island appears whenever your iPhone is unlocked.

Dynamic Island iOS 17 is a good app that can help us make your android phone look like an iPhone device. One thing Dynamic Island seems to do is to utilize the screen real estate to the maximum. Extending the top bar’s ability as more than a show of icons is not entirely a new concept.
