TextTiles is a daily word game where you don't search for the words but make them!

🟧 Every game is different
Each game has a different letter order that can be played in millions of ways. Drop letters into the grid to create as many 4- and 5-letter words as possible, horizontal or vertical.

🟧 Two game modes: Daily and Random
The Daily letter order is the same for all players that day, but the Random order changes every game. Daily mode lets you replay the same sequence of letters and compare your results with others. With the Random order, you never know what's coming next.

🟧 Easy to play
1. Select a column in the grid by tapping it.
2. The letters above the grid show the next letters to place.
3. Drop either of the last two letters in the column selected.

🟧 Hard to master
Playing TextTiles is simple, but it requires strategy and skill to do well and get a high score! Here are some starting tips:
1. The 5-letter words give more points than 4-letter words, so aim for those.
2. Create several words in a line. For example, "bears" creates three words: "bear," "bears," and "ears." You'll get points for all three.
3. Common letters turn up more often. It might be worth holding out a bit for an "e," but it's usually not worth waiting for the rarer letters, such as "j" or "x."
