Because he feels a lack of activity, he can only pray two rak’ahs, greeting the Sacred Mosque, because the obligatory circumambulation is the arrival circumambulation, the farewell circumambulation, and the circumambulation that comes after descending from Mount Arafah. As for other circumambulation, it is desirable and not obligatory.
