The tuning is A above central C and provides a measure by which musicians can ensure that their instruments will be in tune with others, it is based on this tuning pattern that the Tunner was designed, its operation is based on the detection of the frequency and pitch of the generated note compared to the expected tuning pattern.

Due to the sensitivity of the algorithm, using the Tunner in places with low noise (external noise) makes the adjustments more accurate. It is important to note that due to differences in microphone specifications between Android devices, the sensor range may vary.
