Sync Metronome for PC

It's a metronome app that allows the timing of the metronome to be synchronized between two or more devices or enables the adjustment of the metronome's beat to fit a specific song.

Explanation for those unfamiliar with the metronome app:
BPM (Beats Per Minute) shows how many beats occur in one minute. For instance, 120 BPM means 120 beats per minute. One beat is based on a quarter note.

"4/4" signifies a time signature of 4 beats per measure with a quarter note receiving one beat. The numerator indicates how many beats are considered in one loop, while the denominator determines the note value of each beat. As BPM is set based on a quarter note, changing it to a half note would mean changing the beat to 60 beats per minute.

"1" note
This is an arbitrarily chosen representation determining how a single beat is played. Playing one beat with a note of 1011 results in a pattern of 16th notes, 16th rests, 16th notes, and 16th notes based on a quarter note.

By clicking on the beat icon displayed on the screen, one can adjust the pitch of the sound. It's also possible to mute to avoid playing the sound.

This function allows the adjustment of the metronome's timing just like adjusting the timing of a video and subtitles. It's adjusted in real-time while it's in operation.

The Start button is used to turn the metronome on and off.
