Silvestre FM for PC

Rádio Silvestre began its activities on April 2, 1988, through the visionary idea of ​​its founder, journalist and businessman João Silvestre. He was always passionate about communication, he worked at Rádios Clube de Goiânia, Independência de Aparecida-GO, among others, he always had the dream of owning his own station, so the opportunity arose to acquire one in his hometown of Itaberaí, sparing no efforts to got it there.



João Silvestre over the years transformed Rádio Itaberaí AM 1570 of 1,000 Watts, into Rádio Silvestre AM 1160 with 10,000 Watts of power, one of the largest in the state.



Motivated to always bring the best to his city, João Silvestre took advantage of the opportunity to migrate from AM to FM and in 2016 transformed his AM radio into RÁDIO SILVESTRE FM 91.1, being the first in the State of Goiás to make the change.



At the end of the process and in full operation, on November 18, 2016 João Silvestre, aged 65, left us suddenly. We lost a friend, a father, a teacher and a brother. His legacy lives on through his children and collaborators, who continue to fight on behalf of the entire Itaberian community and region.
