Radio UAT for PC

Radio UAT disseminates university information generated in all areas of the University, to extend to the Tamaulipas community the university products generated in academia, research, culture and sports.

Its main objective is to design and implement programming and production policies for the sound content of university radio.

In order to carry out its objective, we need to establish support for the tasks carried out by university radio, through the technological update of its technical infrastructure for the production of programs and their transmissions, in addition, providing the personnel of this medium, courses and updating and training workshops, which allow us to improve and renew the programming of Radio UAT for the dissemination of the work of the educational institution; and finally that the procedures for designing and evaluating the acceptance of programming throughout the community be strengthened.

Consolidating the university radio will also provide the community with a responsible medium that balances the radio quadrant with its content and contrasts with the proposals for commercial alienation of commercial radio, revaluing for the good of Tamaulipas society, the important social function of this means of communication.
