Digikotta for PC

Digikotta is the digital library of sheet music published under the brand name of Editio Musica Budapest and by partners. Digital sheet music can be purchased online at www.digikotta.hu. All publications purchased can be viewed online with any browser, and offline in the Digikotta app.

Digikotta can be trialled for free with free samples of sheet music created for this purpose. Additionally, many print editions of sheet music contain a unique code giving access to the digital version either free or at a discount price. Moreover, every Digikotta piece of sheet music contains free sections, which are designated in the contents by a blue eye icon.

Sheet music can be used in single-page or double-page views, with two ways of turning pages,
custom-sized or full-screen. In addition to the pages of music, many publications include extra
content, such as audio recordings, videos, or interactive exercises.

Digikotta plans to introduce extra features over the coming months: soon it will be possible to add annotations to the music, and these annotations can also be shared with other users. There will be an opportunity to create groups, and in the case of music for chamber music, orchestra, or choir, the music purchased can be shared with fellow musicians, and video conferences can be held.

All sheet music available through Digikotta is from the catalogues of Editio Musica Budapest Zeneműkiadó, Universal Music Publishing Editio Musica Budapest and partners, and is protected by law. The composers receive a share of the price of the music. Outside Digikotta, sheet music published under the brand name of Editio Musica Budapest can be accessed legally only through the nKoda and NomadPlay systems. All other pdf files or copies that may be found on the internet have been made in breach of the law. Please use only the original sheet music.
