Tawfiq Al-Nouri is a reader from Morocco. The reader, Tawfiq Al-Nouri, was born in 1984.

In this regard, and on the sidelines of the Hassaniya Ramadan lessons for the year 1436 AH/2015 AD, the Moroccan Minister of Endowments and Islamic Affairs, Ahmed Al-Tawfiq, handed over a copy of this Qur’an to the Moroccan King Mohammed VI, and this is an indication of the importance of this recording and the talent and competence of its owner.
