We are committed to making every SAEQ drive as safe as possible. That's why—in addition to our door-to-door security standard—we've built in new security features and updated our Community Guidelines for respectful, positive experiences.

You can contact local authorities directly from the app, and your location and flight details will be displayed so you can quickly share them with emergency services.

Give a tip to the driver.
After each ride, you can submit a rating with comments. You can also let a driver know you value your experience by adding a tip for them right in the app.
