The history of the company began in 1997 with the opening of the head office under the name "BÖWE-VEIT" at 20 Kosmonavtov Avenue. The name indicated the world's leading manufacturers of equipment for the processing of textile and leather products. We have installed the best equipment from West German concerns, such as:

- "BÖWE", producing dry cleaning machines and washer-dryers,

— VEIT, a manufacturer of finishing equipment (mannequins, ironing tables, steam generators, etc.).

To start the project, graduates of the Moscow Technological Institute of Consumer Services were involved. With competent actions based on our knowledge, competent approach and the use of advanced equipment, we have gained authority in the field of personal services and high marks from our customers.

Our company is developing dynamically, trying to make services of high quality and accessible to all. Based on our traditions, we are guided by the following principles:

– advanced equipment, high-quality materials and new technologies in our work – a guarantee of high quality service:

- the interests of the customer for us - in the first place;

– when processing the product, we strive to do everything possible, but not to harm.

The idea to change the name was suggested to us by our regular customers. In Russia, good housewives are affectionately called "clean". So once our clients called us in gratitude for the services performed. In 2005, BÖWE-VEIT was renamed into Laundry-Dry-Cleaner "Chistula".
