NauNau SOS (pronounced Now-Now) is your personal safety app that allows you to send an SOS to 5 trusted pre-selected contacts along with a 15 sec video/audio and your approximate GPS location during an emergency.

How Does NauNau Work?

Whenever you are in need of help, you open the app:
1. Tap the NauNau SOS whistle in the app to send SOS
2. Then start recording a video or audio of the current situation. You can record up to 15 secs. If you want to stop before it reaches 15 secs, tap the stop icon.
3. Then tap Send or you can retake (re-record) the video.
4. On you send the SOS alert; the app obtains your location from the GPS on your device and automatically sends it along with the SOS alert to your pre-selected emergency contacts.
5. Attached with the SOS alert is the Custom Message that you have also created before send the SOS. This will give your contacts additional information of what the current emergency situation is about.
6. Your emergency contacts will receive alerts about your message via SMS and push notifications. This way they are aware that you are calling for help and they can respond accordingly and swiftly.

So What Happens After My Tribe Receives the Alerts?

When 5 people have your emergency alert versus none, they will mobilize faster because they know that every second counts!

1. They can use your last known GPS location to find you or at least know where to start looking.
2. They can use the video to identify the situation and surrounding.
