As a platform, FISON does not provide, control, manage or offer any item directly. Users and Partners are alone responsible for their listings and services.

In order to use the Service, Users must create a user account. To do so, Users must provide their first and last name, a valid email address and a valid phone number. Users formally undertake to guarantee the accuracy of the information provided.

To create an account and use the Platform, the User must be at least eighteen (18) years old on the day the account is created. In the case of a legal entity, the legal entity must be duly incorporated, recognized and in good standing under the laws of the country in which it is established, and have the capacity to contract.

FISON does not exercise any prior control over the content posted by Users on the Platform. Therefore, FISON reserves the right to delete, without prior notice, in whole or in part, any content posted by a User that may violate applicable laws and regulations, public decency or these terms of Service.
