If every day you press one of five Smileys after a few days, weeks or months you might start to see a pattern ...that pattern could be really helpful if you want to learn more about yourself or consider making any changes.

There are 3 ways you can capture your daily Smiley:
Firstly just use “Gut feeling”. Choose one of the 5 Smileys directly, just follow your gut instinct. Don’t overthink it.
Secondly use “Ask me”. This is best option if you have the time and inclination to review your day in the evening. Answer 25 questions and a Smiley for the day will then be determined by a smart algorithm which functions in the background.
Or thirdly use “dive in”. If you want to go deeper, assign a Smiley per area in your live, for example the physical, social, private activities et cetera. If you want to dig even deeper, check out the other categories in these areas. If you want to immerse yourself in this process you can also create your own categories or weight the areas according to you criteria.Again, the smart algorithm in den background analyses your input and comes up with a resulting Smiley for that day.

After some time, you'll have a nice timeline of one Smiley per day. You can look at them over time, by day of the week, by area, you can look at the peaks and the valleys - or you can export them (together with the daily notes you might have taken) as a printable diary (in PDF-form).
