The Vitakt app ensures transparency and structure: You are not alone in coping with the tasks, but can put together a care team and determine and manage the individual members and roles. Who should support me on site in the team, e.g. with care, with shopping or with the procurement of medicines? Who lives further away and is therefore better able to be there on the phone for the person to be cared for? Who would like to be informed about their well-being at all times and not have to be called extra for this? - With the help of the app, you are no longer a lone wolf, but always have someone by your side.

When you call up the app, a pinboard shows you what's still to come: So that you don't lose track of what needs to be done, it offers a cross-team overview of pending and new tasks. Here you can see what you have already done, which tasks still need to be taken on and which are already assigned.

The chat function offers numerous options for communicating in a team: There are group chats, but also individual chats with the respective team members. From the chat you can create, manage, take over tasks or assign them to individual team members.

You can create a care profile so that you have a good understanding of the person you are caring for together. This serves to collect and exchange information. In addition to the central address book with all contacts of the person to be cared for, you will find general data on date of birth, address and telephone number there. You can also store in the emergency passport where you can find important documents such as a health care proxy or living will. All very secure and taking into account the European data protection standard according to DSGVO.

In addition, special features can also be noted here: What diseases does the person being cared for have? What medication does she need? Which foods are okay and which are not? What does she like in general and what does she definitely not want? Also very useful: In the care profile, there is the option of using emojis to display a mood display for the person being cared for.
