VIP Center is a personalized training center and gym, based on the concept of "WELLNESS lifestyle".
If the concept of "fitness" refers to being and feeling physically well, the concept of "wellness" extends this well-being to seek the body/mind balance, physical, mental and emotional well-being.

The center offers its services in the Colegio La Salle area, on Av La Salle, 200 meters from 2nd. Ring, with more than 1200 m2 built, ample parking for vehicles inside, WiFi zone throughout the establishment, has a healthy cafeteria, spa and nutritional supplements store. The training areas are made up of different rooms: spinning room, weights room, cardiovascular room, aerobic and ballet activities room and finally a spectacular outdoor training area where boxing, crossfit and calisthenics are taught.

The equipment in the cardiovascular room, weights room and spinning room is from the CYBEX and TECHNOGYM brands, highly recognized worldwide. We also have a nutritionist service and room teachers trained to guide and advise clients regarding their physical and nutritional status and training programs.
