• 12-month subscription + stress course for 95 € (uma +) - This package includes the uma | Coping with stress during pregnancy app-based online course included, as well as access to all functions and features of the uma app. These are not a mandatory part of the course and can be used, but do not have to be.

* Reimbursement option: On request, some health insurance companies will reimburse the included digital birth preparation course in the amount of 49.99 euros. We have put a document for you to request/submit to your health insurance company under a link on our website.
**uma | Coping with stress during pregnancy app-based online course expires automatically after one year.
A termination is not necessary. This stress course is aimed at healthy people over the age of 18.

The uma subscriptions (uma Mini & uma Midi) are automatically renewed unless they are deactivated.
The app cannot replace prenatal care or personal support or therapy by a midwife or doctor.
